What is the delivery time for my order?
When you order from EverFit, the delivery time may differ from what you are used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can save significantly on storage and transport costs. This allows us to price our products very competitively.

The average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
Due to high demand for our products, your order may arrive later than expected. We appreciate your understanding. If the delivery period has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please send an email to everfitworld@outlook.com. We will investigate the status of your package.

How can I return or exchange my order?
To return an item, contact our customer service via everfitworld@outlook.com. Include your name, order number (e.g., #0000 from your confirmation email), and reason for return. We will provide the return address and confirm the return. Once confirmed, you can send the product via a courier of your choice.

What are the costs of returns?
Returns are at the consumer’s expense. Costs depend on the courier used. Please check the courier’s website for exact shipping rates.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
There is always a 14-day return period, starting from the day you received the item. Returns are only accepted if:

  • The return period has not expired;

  • The product is in its original packaging with all labels intact;

  • The product has not been used.
